Job summary

A leading education provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Outreach Tutor in Grays to provide personalized tuition for students with additional needs. In this role, you will create tailored lesson plans and support students' re-integration into education. Candidates should have a valid child-related qualification and experience working with SEND. The contract offers flexible hours between 6 to 30 hours per week with a competitive pay rate of £20 - £25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Child-related or Education qualification required.
• Experience working with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND).
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or small-group tuition for students with SEND.
• Create and adapt individual lesson plans targeting specific learning needs.
• Track progress and offer regular updates to students and families.
