SEN Learning Mentor, Full Time, Hebburn

Pay: £89 to £110 per day, paid weekly

A dedicated SEND school in Hebburn is recruiting a full-time SEN Learning Mentor to support pupils who benefit from structure, emotional guidance, and personalised learning.

This is a brilliant role for someone who loves building relationships and doesn’t mind thinking on their feet. You’ll work closely with pupils who may have autism, communication needs, or additional learning barriers, helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

Your day-to-day

• Providing emotional and learning support to individual pupils
• Helping to develop positive routines and coping strategies
• Supporting teachers with lesson access and engagement
• Celebrating the small wins, because they really do matter

• Experience with SEND, youth work, mentoring, or care
