Overview

SEN Cover Supervisor (Full-time or Part-time) – Location: Trafford – Pay: £110.00 - £130.00 per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications) – Start Date: October 2025

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain structure and support student success.
• Provide individual and small-group support for those with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and resources for accessibility.
• Build strong relationships to boost confidence and participation, while tracking progress and providing constructive feedback to support development.
