The Private Office is seeking a Financial Adviser to take ongoing servicing responsibility for a growing portfolio of clients in a desk-based capacity. Responsibilities
- Conduct Financial Health Checks, reviewing client fact finds and risk profiles to establish clear financial objectives
- Provide compliant, client-focused advice across pensions, investments, and protection in a clear and accessible manner
- Deliver ongoing reviews and annual planning via MS Teams, ensuring a consistent and personal client experience
- Lead digital onboarding of clients, ensuring smooth and efficient set-up through the TPO Wealth portal
- Adapt financial plans in response to client needs, market changes, or legislative updates
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure timely and accurate outcomes
- Proactively maintain technical knowledge, ensuring advice remains fully compliant with FCA and internal standards
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to the growth of TPO Direct
- Meet performance standards in line with firm KPIs and T&C scheme, including CPD and maintaining a valid Statement of Professional Standing
Qualifications & Requirements
- The Private Office role requires Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered status desirable)
- Solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly and professionally
- Confident in digital client engagement and remote working practices
- Ethical, client-focused, and committed to delivering high standards of service
