Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of frontline UK security experience within the last 5 years.
  • Relevant occupational experience and qualifications.
  • Level 3 Awards in Conflict Management and Physical Intervention.

  • Deliver high-quality Adult Education programmes and ensure learner engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver training that meets achievement and funding requirements.
  • Create individual learning plans and motivate learners.
