Additional information

The Security Team provides a comprehensive security service across the main hospital site at Southend, operating in all weather conditions. As part of this front-line service, you’ll need to be polite, helpful, and tactful, while also being firm and able to remain calm under pressure. This is a highly visible role involving regular contact with staff, visitors, and members of the public.
