Job description

Responsibilities

Youll play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes :

• Maintain and update client security procedures; ensure team compliance.
• Coordinate specialised evacuation procedures (Fire Bomb Disaster Recovery).
• Liaise with Corporate Security Management Corporate Services and Business Units.
• Manage data input from client sites with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure smooth and effective shift handovers.
• Escalate and monitor incidents per protocol until resolution.
• Communicate with external authorities (Police Fire Brigade) when required.
• Report grievances and serious concerns to the Line Manager immediately.
• Record all events accurately in the Daily Occurrence Log.
• Manage CCTV and Access Control Systems including database oversight.
• Monitor global alarms and CCTV feeds across European sites.

Qualifications
