A local educational institution in Bedford is seeking a Security Assistant to ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, responding to emergencies, and maintaining order on campus. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding. This permanent position offers a salary between £25,497 and £27,519 per annum with additional benefits.
Role: Security Assistant
Location: Bedford College - Cauldwell Street Campus. Please note you may be required to attend other college campuses in the region.
Salary/Benefits: Salary is between £25,497 and £27,519 per annum (pro‑rata DOE and Qualifications). Actual salary approximately between £20,580 and £22,212 per annum (DOE and Qualifications). Hours/Weeks: 40 hours per week – 36 weeks per year
