A leading recruitment partner in London seeks a Security Account Manager responsible for managing security operations across client locations. The role involves mentoring the security team, developing strategic plans, and ensuring high standards of service. Candidates should have over 5 years of security management experience, preferably in the technology sector. The position offers a salary between £70,000 and £75,000 per annum, with a range of employee benefits including annual leave and a pension scheme.
Allied Universal currently have an opportunity to join their team as a Security Account Manager, working at a corporate site in London! In this role, you will be expected to manage, monitor and mentor, but personally exemplify the high standards of presentation, excellent knowledge of security and maintaining first-rate customer service skills at all times. You will also be the spearhead of the Security team, as you will be the first point of contact for the client and stakeholders, and all the Security team. With responsibility for all client locations in the UK, you will need to ensure that all of your staff are both welcoming and representative of the 'five-star' feel of the premises and our client that we are representing. Your role is effectively dual-natured in that you are expected to deliver day-to-day operations (encompassing staffing, Compliance, H&S, Reporting, physical security, etc.), and be looking to the future through developing a contract strategy that informs (and is informed by) our client's Risk Management process, encourages innovation, and ultimately delivers a proactive service for each location that meets the expectations laid out in our Contract Development plan.
To be successful as the Security Account Manager you will need to operate in a "strategic" space, delegating and assigning "tactical" tasks to Site Managers and Supervisors. You will need to engage with our client and stakeholders as a matter of routine and become a trusted advisor.
This role will require you to be on site 5 days per week.
