Responsibilities
- Be a Team Leader and play a key role in the day-to-day running of your department.
- Lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure customers receive best service.
- Help manage stock, support new starters, or step in to solve problems.
- Work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep the team motivated and focused.
