A leading healthcare service provider in Shotts is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team, managing information systems, and coordinating the clinical referral system. Applicants should have relevant qualifications and experience, as well as strong IT and communication skills. The position offers a permanent contract with competitive benefits including annual leave, NHS pension scheme, and support services.
The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi-disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

This role will be based in Health Centre Administration within HMP Shotts.
The working pattern for this role is: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4.30 pm
