Secretary/Administrator

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Location: Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, assisting the team with a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring a professional and organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audio-typing, minute-taking and preparing documents
  • Managing diaries, emails, meetings, travel arrangements and presentations
  • Coordinating projects and supporting wider team activities
  • Overseeing office facilities and carrying out health & safety checks
  • Handling monthly invoicing
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies
About You
  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive, proactive and confident working as part of a team and independently
