Overview

Job Title: Qualified Teacher (All Subjects) – Location: Tonbridge and Surrounding Areas – Start Date: Immediate – Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons to classes in accordance with the curriculum.
• Plan and prepare lessons, activities, and assessments tailored to pupils' learning needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Provide clear feedback to pupils to support their progress and development.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to support all learners, including those with additional needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and curriculum planning.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) — ECTs are welcome to apply
• Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils (11-16+) in your subject area
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
