Protocol Education, working closely with a respected multi-academy trust in the West Midlands, is offering a Guaranteed Work Agreement for Early Career Teachers in Telford and Shropshire. Your role will include:
Teaching and inspiring secondary students in your subject specialism (and beyond if you’re open to it)
Delivering lessons aligned with the trust’s curriculum, while shaping your own teaching voice
Building strong, respectful relationships with students and staff
Learning on the job, with mentoring and ongoing guidance
You’ll need:
PGCE or equivalent qualification
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Understanding of the national curriculum
Positivity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for making an impact in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
