SEN Secondary Teacher - Northampton

Location: Northampton
Start Date: ASAP / Autumn Term
Salary: 150 - 251 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term

Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a specialist SEN secondary school in Northampton, who are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential for permanency for the right candidate.

The school supports students with a range of complex needs, including autism, moderate learning difficulties (MLD), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and speech and language challenges. This role is perfect for a secondary-trained teacher who is experienced in SEN or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into a more specialist setting.

You will be responsible for teaching small groups of students across Key Stage 3 and 4, using differentiated resources and tailored lesson planning. Classes are well-supported by experienced teaching assistants and a strong pastoral team.
