Job summary

An educational service provider in Sunderland is seeking a Secondary Behaviour Support Mentor to assist students aged 11-16. This role involves mentoring and providing small-group support, focusing on emotional regulation and rebuilding trust. Ideal candidates will have experience in SEMH or youth services, with the capability to build rapport quickly and an understanding that every pupil's progress is unique. Secondary Behaviour Support Mentor – Alternative Provision (Sunderland)

Pay: £89 to £110 per day
Start: Immediate
Contract: Long-term

You’ll support students aged 11 to 16 who benefit from short, engaging lessons and adults who won’t give up on them.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
