A leading restaurant chain in Scotland is seeking a dedicated Second Chef to support the Head Chef in food production and kitchen cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh produce, food hygiene knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Second Chef to join the team in our Restaurant in Howdens Garden Centre.
Competitive Salary based on experience.
Hours for the role are 45 per week over 5 days. All positions include weekends working so flexibility is a must.
As a Second Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the operation of all areas of food production and cleaning in the kitchen. You will work as part of a small team under the guidance of the Head Chef and be responsible for the preparation of our fresh ingredients for our full menu range.
