Overview

Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good? If so, we're hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser in the Ivybridge, Plymouth area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

Note: This role is based at Tesco Plymouth Lee Mills with a fixed end date.

Role Details

• Location: Tesco Plymouth Lee Mills
• Weekly hours: 15
• Shift pattern: Monday (4 hours), Wednesday (4 hours), Friday (4 hours) & Sunday (3 hours)
• End date: 3 January 2026

Responsibilities

• Restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Follow merchandising standards, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to client account teams via the survey application, acting as the eyes and ears in the stores.
