Overview

Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good? At eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the Trowbridge area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores. You will be responsible for ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.

About the role

Weekly hours: 16

Shift pattern:

• Monday: 18:00 – 22:00
• Wednesday: 18:00 – 22:00
• Friday: 18:00 – 22:00
• Saturday: 18:00 – 22:00

End date: 3 January 2026

How you'll deliver excellence

• You'll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• You'll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores.
