Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
  • Extensive experience working in a professional kitchen.
  • Experience in a 2 Rosette kitchen is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Run and manage your section within the kitchen.
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standards.
  • Support weekly events and special dinners.
