The Scrum Master will act as a collaborative leader, guiding and supporting the team in Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is critical in driving team effectiveness, collaboration, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Shielding the team from external disruptions and scope creep
  • Partnering closely with Product Ownership & Product Management to ensure well‑groomed and prioritised backlogs
  • Tracking and communicating team metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.)
  • Identifying opportunities to improve team performance and delivery predictability
  • Promoting transparency, accountability, and self‑organisation within teams
  • Supporting Agile transformation initiatives across the organisation

Duties may evolve, and you may be asked to take on other reasonable responsibilities within your competence to support our growth.

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally)
  • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
Nice to haves
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams
  • Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.)
  • Advanced Scrum certification (PSM II, CSP‑SM, SAFe Agilist)
  • Experience in coaching multiple teams simultaneously
