Branch Supervisor

Our Branch Supervisors are an essential part of the store management team, sharing responsibility for a number of key areas throughout the store and deputising for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader in their absence. With a natural flair for team work, Branch Supervisors enjoy taking responsibility and are confident in thinking on their feet to resolve a variety of everyday challenges - all with a positive outlook while maintaining great customer and colleague relations.

Responsibilities

• Be a key-holder, opening or closing the store as required.
• Be hands-on in ensuring store standards are second to none and that the store is safe and legal.
• Motivate the customer service team to provide a professional, friendly and enthusiastic service at all times.
• Lead by example on food preparation and service, food safety, stock management and customer service.
• Deputise for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader in their absence and contribute to overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail, particularly in grocery or food to go, would be an advantage.
• We are also seeking candidates with excellent customer service and team-working skills.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over to comply with alcohol licensing legislation.
