Job summary

Are you driven by performance? Motivated by purpose? Ready to develop & lead our women athletes to victory? This is your chance to join the Women's National team as an Assistant Coach.

We are looking for an experienced coach from the professional rugby environment with demonstratable success, who can assist with the development and implementation of the Scotland Women's programme.

What you will be doing :
  • Assist in the development & implementation of an aligned playing and performance strategy
  • Support the identification and progression of current and future international players
  • Provide technical and tactical coaching at both individual and team level
