Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and well-structured Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for KS5, depending on experience)
  • Foster a love for science by encouraging curiosity, enquiry, and critical thinking
  • Use assessment data to monitor student progress and adapt teaching accordingly
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and resource development within the department
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Support enrichment opportunities such as STEM clubs, science fairs, and school events
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and raise standards
