Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Science Teacher looking for a new opportunity this Easter? A well-regarded secondary school in Cookham is seeking a committed Science specialist to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

The school is known for its supportive leadership, positive learning environment, and strong emphasis on academic achievement. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
  • Teach across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, depending on specialism
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEND and EAL
  • Prepare students for GCSE Science examinations
  • Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
  • Contribute to departmental planning and the wider science curriculum
  • Promote a safe, practical, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages investigation and critical thinking
