The Opportunity & Role Profile

An excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a large secondary school as its Site Manager. This role carries significant responsibility for the security maintenance and operational efficiency of the entire campus leading the in-house site support team.

Responsibilities & Scope
  • Team Commander : Direct line management and supervision of all Caretaking and cleaning teams overseeing rotas and performance.
  • Compliance Chief : Full responsibility for site security statutory H&S checks and managing risk assessments.
  • Maintenance Planner : Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance supervising external contractors and managing premises budgets in coordination with the School Business Manager.
