Connaught Special School is seeking to appoint a driven ambitious and customer focused School Operations Manager.
You will play a key role in working with the Head Teacher and senior leaders to shape the excellent administrative function that will support staff pupils and parents.
Our ideal candidate will be naturally organised able to use their initiative but also know when it is best to work collaboratively. You may already have the advantage of knowing how to use the Google Drive and Google tools to best effect; however if you do not a key skill will be your ability to transfer your existing practice from other systems and to develop your knowledge of the applications that you will need to use in the role on a day to day basis.
The job description outlines the spheres of administrative and leadership responsibility that the School Operations Manager will have (general Office Administration Premises and H&S administration and a core role in ensuring that front of house services are professional and meet the needs of all visitors and parents). The post holder will receive support and guidance from our central support teams in all aspects of the role. Together we will ensure that a highly organised administrative function focuses on the right areas at the right time enabling the Connaught Special Schools senior leadership team to focus on delivering excellent education to our pupils.
The role will be full time 52 weeks per year and 36 hours per week.
