A Multi-Academy Trust in England is seeking an administration professional to lead its Office and Administration team. This role covers a maternity leave for up to 12 months and includes maintaining pupil data, managing school admissions, and providing support to the Headteacher and other staff. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in an administrative capacity, strong communication skills, and an ability to manage organizational tasks effectively. The position operates during school hours, from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
We are seeking an administration professional to lead and manage our Office and Administration. This role is for up to 12 months covering a maternity leave. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for maintaining pupil data including school admissions, HR and Payroll, Finance administration and providing administrative support to the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and other staff. You will oversee the Administration Office, provide guidance and support, and manage the front office as the first point of contact for the school community and visitors. The hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm. Due to the nature of this role, experience of working in an administration office is essential.
