Westminster Abbey Choir School is seeking a highly organised and personable School Office Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our front-of-house and administrative services. As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering a warm, professional welcome while ensuring the smooth operation of reception, communications, and compliance processes. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll support the Headteacher and School Business Manager, manage pupil records, coordinate training and health and safety tasks, and oversee key administrative functions. You'll deputise for senior staff when needed, contribute to safeguarding and first aid provision, and liaise with internal departments to maintain high standards across the school. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in school administration or a similar setting.
