Job Overview

School Office Administrator at All Saints Benhilton C of E School. The position is for 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) from 8.30am to 4.30pm with a 30‑minute lunch break. The successful applicant will also be expected to work 5 inset days plus 10 days during school holidays, with holiday working time agreed with the School Business Manager and the School Office Coordinator. The role involves delivering efficient and effective support in a bustling hub that serves as the warm, professional “front door” for the school. The office team offers an immediate positive impression for students, parents, staff, and all other visitors. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where active communication ensures swift problem‑solving. The role is varied and you will be supported with access to training and professional development opportunities to build on your key skills. You will be part of a team responsible for all aspects of the school office workload, including safeguarding, first aid, acting as the face of the school for parents, visitors, staff and children, and various administrative duties such as admissions, attendance, school trips, finance duties and correspondence.
