Job Description:

  • Formulate practical and achievable maintenance policies with a focus on efficient people processes
  • Track repairs, expenses, budgeting and audit becomes mission critical
  • Supervise and lead a growing maintenance team, its processes and operations, overseeing all minor renovations and interior refurbishments
  • Oversee regular inspections and assign repair schedules to pre-empt facility issues
  • Ensure the team adheres to all safety policies and procedures whilst complying to established construction standards and government regulations
  • Reporting pertinent statistics and data to management for decision making; facilitating annual budgeting and allocation of capital expenditure for facility upgrades and major building works.
