Overview

Are you a Year 12 student and want to find out more about accountancy or professional services, want to grow your skills and make an impact on your future career through four days of paid experience?

Eligibility

• Currently in year 12 completing their AS/A Levels, BTEC or equivalent qualification in England and Highers/Advanced Highers students in Scotland.
• Curious and driven, with a genuine interest in exploring a career in accountancy and professional services.
• Eager to learn and grow through a valuable work insight programme that could support their journey toward securing an apprenticeship with us.
• Keen to develop their employability skills and take a confident step towards their future career.

You may identify with the following backgrounds:

• You attend a state school or college.
• The occupation of your main household earner when you were aged 14 is classified as being from a lower socio‑economic background.
• You are or have been eligible for free school meals.
• You attend a school where the number of students eligible for free school meals is above the regional average.
• You would be the first member of your immediate family to attend university.

Application Steps

• Step 1: Submit an application form.
• Step 2: Complete a short online assessment test.
• Step 3: If your application meets our criteria, you will be invited to attend a first‑stage video interview with a member of the Early Careers team.

Online Assessment Test Details

• Our online assessment takes about 5 minutes and requires no preparation. It’s designed to be intuitive and starts with a few warm‑up questions.
• It measures the strength that drives high performance at Forvis Mazars.
• It supports diversity and neurodiversity by adapting to individual thinking styles and helps us understand how you naturally approach decision and challenges.

Schedule & Practicalities

This insight programme will run from Monday 27th July – Wednesday 29th July from 9:30 – 16:00. The date of the programme is fixed and not flexible. This is a paid programme, and we will also provide IT equipment during your time with us.
