Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English at grades 3+.
• Not holding an existing qualification at the same or higher level.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the IT Help Desk and prioritise requests.
• Create, maintain, and monitor user accounts.
• Install and upgrade IT equipment.
• Maintain and develop anti-theft processes.
• Provide technical support for IT systems.
