A local council in the UK is recruiting for a part-time School Crossing Patrol Attendant. The role involves ensuring the safe passage of school children across roads during term-time, specifically at the Geneva Road/Burnside Road crossing. The duties of the post involve the safe passage of school children across roads to and from school, controlling and directing the traffic at crossing areas. Term-time only and hours are 8:00 - 9:00 and 15:10 - 15.45 Monday to Friday (7.9 hrs per week).
