Overview

The Education Specialists are looking for an experienced chef to join our Liverpool school.

A a school cook, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the school kitchen, ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu offerings.

Duties include, but not limited to -

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes as provided, whilst ensuring the quality is never compromised
• Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets expectations
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Work on your feet, be very reactive and execute daily specials as well as menu changes
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper storage of ingredients
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations before, during and after service

Requirements for the role -
