Job Title: School Catering Area Support Manager

Location: Birmingham (travel across multiple sites required)

Salary: £26,264.52 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Term Time + 4 Weeks

Hours: 37.5 per week

Start Date: ASAP

Key Duties

• Cover and manage kitchens during staff absence
• Lead teams and ensure service and safety standards
• Train and support catering staff and managers
• Handle audits, paperwork, and stock management
• Build positive client relationships
• Support occasional weekend events (B&I)
