Overview

Scheme Manager – Ongoing Temporary, 30 hours per week over 5 days, Widnes.

Responsibilities

• Managing 37 properties in a brand new scheme, voids and tenanted (primarily decanted tenants from other schemes).
• Having a strong understanding of Housing management and elderly/retirement living.
• Dealing with snagging in a new scheme.
• Undertaking H&S checks including fire, legionella etc.
• Instructing a cleaner and identifying issues with performance.
• Reporting into operations manager.
• Tackling finances with tenants, including payment plans.
• Undertaking meetings on Teams and dealing with full range of IT tasks.

The successful Scheme Manager candidate will have

• Strong experience in a similar role is essential, as well as the ability to fully utilise IT systems.
• Housing Management background.
• Enhanced DBS check.
