Overview

A well-established housing organisation are looking for a Scheme Manager to manage Scheme in Worcester. This role is overseeing a scheme for retirement living. You will be helping to ensure the residents receive the best service, whilst ensuring building safety and compliance.

Job Title: Scheme Manager
Location: Worcester
Working Hours: 24 hours - Part Time

Salary: £18,646

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring excellent housing management services
  • Providing great customer service
  • Assisting with welfare benefits checks, rent and payment queries etc
  • Responsible for void sign ups within the scheme, ensuring all vacant properties are allocated within set time frames
  • Helping to maximise tenants independence
  • Completing regular compliance checks including health and safety, building safety in line with regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining positive relationships with our customers
Requirements / What the ideal candidate will have
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience carrying out safety checks, risk assessments
  • Good customer service skills
  • The ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Estate Officer, Estate management, Retirement Living experience would be beneficial
