Summary

We are proud to be working on behalf of the region's appointed water and wastewater services provider as they seek a Scheduling Coordinator to support their Scheduling Team. This role involves coordinating and organising daily work schedules, ensuring field teams are fully resourced, and maintaining smooth operational delivery. You\'ll be at the centre of planning and communication, helping to keep projects on track, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting compliance with performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service by meeting KPIs and performance targets through effective scheduling.
  • Plan and allocate full daily workloads for field staff to maximise efficiency.
  • Ensure incidents and jobs are compliant, accurately logged, and completed within agreed timescales.
  • Proactively manage scheduling to reduce backlogs, minimise delays, and support first-time fixes.
  • Communicate with customers to set expectations and avoid unnecessary call-backs.
  • Maintain accurate information in company systems, highlighting gaps and driving improvements.
  • Build strong working relationships with schedulers, field teams, and managers.
  • Support colleagues and assist with day-to-day operational tasks when required.

  • Has experience in scheduling, coordination, or working with Highway Authorities and permits (desirable).
