Overview

Join Our Service Team as a Scheduling Coordinator! We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual who is passionate about delivering great customer service to keep our busy Service Team running like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing and coordinating field engineer schedules across the UK & Ireland
  • Booking customer visits for maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, and breakdowns
  • Communicating with customers to arrange and confirm appointments
  • Creating job records in SAP and other scheduling systems
  • Preparing quotes for parts and labour, and overseeing repair jobs from start to finish
  • Tracking warranty claims and maintaining calibration/tool registers
  • Keeping vehicle records, safety cards, and induction documents up to date
  • Participating in weekly planning meetings and supporting with general admin tasks
