Our team includes highly experienced dentists and dedicated staff, supported by a practice manager with a remarkable 30-year tenure. We operate on a mixed NHS and private model, focusing on providing excellent private care sourced predominantly from our NHS patient community. Our use of advanced technology, including SOE, digital X-rays, and iTero scanner, ensures a high standard of dental care. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking, making Wilthorpe Park Barnsley a top choice for both patients and professionals.

What is it like being a private dentist at Rodericks Dental Partners?

At Rodericks Dental Partners, there are many opportunities to develop clinical skills in a safe, patient-focused environment. We are committed to giving clinicians autonomy and clinical freedom, with systems that handle most administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on delivering excellent dentistry. We offer plentiful training opportunities, including discounted CPD courses such as implant and restorative PG Cert/Diploma courses. You will have access to good quality equipment and materials, and can request additional resources as needed. Support staff, including hygienists, therapists, treatment coordinators, and qualified nurses, are available to assist you.

We are dedicated to improving lives through quality dentistry—together. We reward you financially and personally as you develop your career, offering incentives, recognition, and growth opportunities. As a dentist, you will play a key role in serving your community, supported by an experienced team of specialists across orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, and implantology. Regular meetings with your Practice Manager and clinical team will help you meet revenue targets and operational goals. This is an excellent time to join a growing business where your passion for community dentistry will be supported by our ambitions.
