Position: SAP S/4 Hana FICO

Location: Boston, MA

Job Description

• Provide application maintenance and support for SAP FICO and integrated modules.
• Take ownership and provide leadership to team members, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery. Understand and analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
• Support critical IC S (Internal Control Systems) and Core Monitoring work to maintain compliance and system integrity.
• Lead and execute SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Manage S4HANA Finance transformations, ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, and other modules.
• Configure and optimize FICO processes GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing.
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Expertise Configure procurement processes including PR, PO, GR, IV, and release strategies.
• Work on Coupa integration for supplier collaboration and guided buying.
• Optimize MM-FI integration for account determination and invoice processing.
• Design and implement Fiori apps for procurement analytics and approval workflows.
• Conduct business blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Work on RICEF objects, IDOCs, LSMW, and data migration activities.
• Prepare project documentation, manage timelines, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
