Role summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll / SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to join our AMS team in the UK and Ireland providing expert support for payroll operations. This role focuses on keeping SAP Payroll systems running efficiently ensuring smooth operation resolving issues and continuously optimizing processes within an SAP Application Management Services environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide expert support for our British and Irish customers payroll-related issues including troubleshooting and system maintenance.
  • Manage and resolve payroll and HR tickets submitted through the C4C system ensuring timely accurate solutions while maintaining compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain solutions aligned with business needs performing ongoing testing to ensure system efficiency and stability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system customisation and improvements contributing to a best-practices knowledge base.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to Operations teams and various functional teams within the organisation.
Required skills and experience
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP HCM Payroll and / or SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Solid understanding of UK and Ireland payroll regulations and processes.
  • Proven experience in system maintenance and support using a ticketing system.
  • Strong technical knowledge in customizing and testing across HCM Modules (PYPA TM ESS MSS T&E OM etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
