Qualifications

• Previous experience of coaching/training within a Sales or Contact centre environment preferred.
• Supervisory skills would be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the induction program for new recruits.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching for sales staff.
• Document coaching sessions and track progress.
• Liaise with Sales Managers to review new starter progress.
