A recruitment company based in Ware, Hertfordshire is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead their Lead Generation Academy. The role involves managing and coaching six trainees, driving KPI achievement, and creating a dynamic sales environment. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in sales management, strong communication skills, and team motivation capabilities. This position offers a competitive salary with additional commission and is office-based.

A key part of our success has been the Lead Generation Academy, where we develop school leavers and first-time job seekers into high-performing sales professionals. We are now looking for a hands‑on, motivational Academy & Lead Generation Manager to lead this team and drive performance to the next level.
As the Academy & Lead Generation Manager, you will take ownership of a team of approximately six academy trainees, coaching and developing them through a structured 12‑18 month programme.
Your goal is to help them become confident, capable salespeople who can consistently generate new business meetings for our field sales teams.
managing activity levels, ensuring KPI achievement, and creating a positive, high‑energy sales environment.
Youll also work closely with vendors to deliver product training and ensure the team understands and can confidently promote our solutions.
