Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, ideally with door-to-door experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading or mentoring sales advisors.
• A valid driving license (0-3 points) and a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance for improvement.
• Assist in recruitment and training of new sales advisors.
• Develop a client portfolio through provided and self-generated leads.
• Ensure efficient sales processes and compliance with company policies.
• Organize and drive team meetings and engage team motivation.
