Sales Team Leader required by an Award-Winning, Experiential Tour Operator based in Bristol. You will lead a small team of Asia Specialist Travel Consultants, mentoring and driving them to success. Salary 30 / 40k plus great bonus and benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and distribute to the team
• Plan and carry out training to the team and coach and mentor them on an ongoing basis
• Motivate and Inspire the team to be successful in their roles
• Provide support and knowledge to clients
• Be part of the recruitment process when required
