Responsibilities

  • Generate delivery documents and coordinate with logistics partners to meet deadlines.
  • Address expedition requests and resolve any delays.
  • Regularly assess inventory levels and ensure stock availability aligns with forecasts.
  • Attend meetings with sales managers to gain insights into projects and customer forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
  • Achieve quality standards and KPI targets for continual improvement.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing and archiving.

We are on the lookout for a passionate Sales Support Coordinator to join their thriving team based in Chessington. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

What's in it for you?

Contract Type : Permanent, Full time

Working Pattern : 8.30am to 5pm - this is an office-based role

Salary : £30k to £35k plus 23 days plus BH, flexi-working and a chance to increase holiday days, pension and much more!

Start Date : ASAP for handover until April 26

Your Key Responsibilities
