  • Support the sales team with day‑to‑day administration
  • Manage CRM data and create quotes in the ERP system
  • Assist with client onboarding and respond to pre‑ and post‑sales queries

  • Support business development activities including pitches, proposals, and tenders
  • Assist in planning and executing customer visits, events, and awards
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
