Sales Support Administrator - Near Harlow - £30,000

We are looking for someone with a background in B2B sales administration, order processing or customer operations who enjoys accuracy‑led work and wants to move into a growing ecommerce and supply chain environment.
If you are used to handling customer orders, checking stock, updating spreadsheets and managing high volumes of detailed data, this role will build on the strengths you already have while giving you exposure to the fast‑moving world of online retail operations. Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central would be beneficial but not necessary.
You’ll join a consumer goods distributor with a strong online presence across major retail platforms. As part of the Ecommerce team, you will support the operational tasks that keep products available, stock information accurate and marketplace activity running smoothly.
This is a development role suited to someone 1–2 years into their career who enjoys structured processes, clear responsibilities and cross‑team coordination. You don’t need previous fulfilment or marketplace experience. You will receive training in this progressive role.
